Due to the retirement of the current Head Teacher, the Governing body are seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and motivated senior leader.

We are looking for a confident and caring individual who:

  • Has proven leadership skills and can lead by example to inspire and motivate staff
  • Will develop the school’s ethos of high achievement while still allowing for creativity and enrichment within the curriculum
  • Is able to lead and manage a team of outstanding professionals
  • Is open to innovation and new practices
  • Has the ability to be proactive by evaluating research and working collaboratively with a strong team
  • Has a desire and determination to motivate a love of learning and to provide the very best possible outcomes for our pupils
  • Is able to create, implement, maintain and evaluate a strategic development plan with the full involvement of staff and governors, underpinned by sound financial planning and management
  • Can engage proactively with parents, governors and the wider community
